From the outset, ATRANS has organized two core academic activities: the ATRANS Symposium and the ATRANS Student Chapter, which is a supplementary program attached to the symposium. > ATRANS Symposium: Held annually in August, the ATRANS Symposium brings together distinguished speakers from renowned organizations to deliver keynote lectures. The first symposium was launched in 2008, coinciding with ATRANS's grand opening. > ATRANS Student Chapter: Introduced in 2009, this program is an affiliated component of the symposium. It welcomes students who are eager to gain experience in academic activities and build professional networks beyond their home universities. > Essay and Painting Competition: To promote student participation in exploring transportation world, ATRANS invites primary, secondary and high-school students to send their written essay / painting works to win the ATRANS prizes which are worthwhile to challenge
